SEARCHING FOR AN ARTICLE

• If you are in a hurry or know exactly what you are looking for :
use the search engine and enter your key word.

• You can also do a search by category, sub-category, brand, size or price using the pull-down menus.

• To browse through all of the "Womens", "Mens", "Childrens", "sport and leisure" Textile or "accessories", click on the corresponding tab at the top of each page..
To search by theme, click on our "e-boutiques".

You can also refine your search by selecting a model type from the list provided on the left.

When you have selected a product :
> Choose the size and the quantity
> Click on "Add to basket"
At the top right of the screen, you can read "Basket: 1 article"
das your basket contains 1 article at present.
Click on this spot to view your shopping basket.

CHECK YOUR BASKET

When you are in your "shopping basket" :
you can check the availability of your articles, add, modify or remove articles.
When your order is ready, click on "place the order".

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Let yourself be guided by the banner on the screen which tells you the various stages of the order.
The stage you are at is highlighted in purple.

> Stage 1 : Identification
• Complete the form displayed if you are a Desmazières customer already, or if you are a new customer. In addition to your contact details, complete the following questions; this will enable you to receive our personal recommendations.

> Stage 2 : Your shopping basket
• Check the summary of your shopping basket.
• Enter your advantage code if apllicable.
|
|
> Stage 3 : Choose the delivery
• Choose your address your place of delivery.
|
|
> Stage 4 : Payment method
• Choose your payment method.
• Your payment is secure. It is transmitted in encrypted form through the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layers) and Netscape.

> Stage 5 : Order confirmation
• All of your order is summarised in detail with the total amount to be paid.
• All you have to do then is click on "End the order"
• At the end of the order, the following message appears: "thank you! Your order has been recorded". If you have sent your e-mail address, you will also receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
