Law applying in the case of disagreement
Under article 5 of the CE n°44-2001 of 22 December 2000 the contract of sale is understood to have been carried out in France.
In the case of any disagreement arising from the current contractual relationship, the internet customer and Desmazieres-Shoes agree to search for an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
Should a legal action arise, all cases will come before French courts.
