Return postage is covered by Desmazieres-Shoes. Simply fill in the corresponding section of your bill, use the return of post voucher enclosed in your package and take it to the nearest post office.
You will be refunded by bank transfer or Visa or Mastercard.

Law applying in the case of disagreement
Under article 5 of the CE n°44-2001 of 22 December 2000 the contract of sale is understood to have been carried out in France.
In the case of any disagreement arising from the current contractual relationship, the internet customer and Desmazieres-Shoes agree to search for an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
Should a legal action arise, all cases will come before French courts.
